Booking and Payment Details:

• Initial Payment: At the time of booking, 70% of the total amount is due.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your account 21 days prior to your check-in date.

Security Deposit:

• A pre-authorization of $300 will be charged to the card on file 30 days before your reservation. This amount is fully refundable and will be returned to you within 3 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or incidental charges.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in. However, the cleaning fee is always refundable regardless of the cancellation timing.

Additional Amenities:

• Pool Heating: Available in all homes for an additional charge.
• BBQ Grill Rental: Available in all homes for an additional charge.
